Once a focal point at the historic White Sulphur Springs Hotel, the Spring House sheltering the mineral-rich waters will welcome you home as you cross the bridge over the Ararat River. Historically, the mineral-rich water was believed to have wonderful healing properties, and it actually may. But today we are focused on the spirit of what the spring water represents; rejuvenation for the body, mind and soul.
A two-sided fireplace, summer kitchen and restrooms will make our Pavilion the gathering spot for the White Sulphur Springs community. The storytelling area will make the Pavilion comfortable and welcoming when there is a chill in the mountain air.
Proposed White Sulphur Springs Inn
We've set aside six acres for a 28-room Inn and 12 guest cottages. A dining room and full-service restaurant are included in plans for the Inn as well. With an activities director, White Sulphur Springs will be a base camp for exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Yadkin Valley Wine Region.
